One of the top Wall Street firms requires a US qualified associate for their Singapore office for Q2 2015 start.

Opportunity to work on the highest profile deals and with the leading corporate and capital markets lawyers in Asia. You will work on marquee transactions with a network of offices across Asia and globally.

Key Candidate Requirements

• Candidate should have Capital Markets experience.
• A J.D. with at least one admission in the U.S. is required.
• Candidate needs to be committed to living in Singapore and flexible with regular travel requirements.
• Firm will look at PQE 3+
• No particular Asian language skill required.
• Peer firm – US or Magic Circle preferred.
• Candidates outside this background should have outstanding experience with a tier 1 leading international firm.
• Experience of corporate MA and capital markets preferred
